My name is Jake and I offer dog photography in the South Metro, MN. You might be asking yourself, “Isn’t that just goofy pictures people post on Instagram?”
First of all: Yes, it’s absolutely about posting fun pictures on social media! Who doesn’t love sharing the goofiness with friends and family?
The thing is, the photos you get from a real camera are usually better than a cell phone camera. Phone cameras do a pretty good job, but they can’t match the image quality of a professional lens. Especially if you plan on having prints made.
But this goes much deeper than fun pictures. Dog photography captures the priceless moments of your special furry friends. It gives you a memento to spark happiness on any day and help keep their spirit in your heart forever.

About Jake, the Photographer
My dad gave me his old Nikon FG-20 and a roll of black and white film when I was a kid. I shot roll after roll of terrible pictures with that old camera. But then I turned it towards my ol’ dog, Melissa.
She was and always will be my greatest inspiration and her legacy will live on forever with the countless images I captured of her. Seeing her smiling face will forever bring a smile to my face.
